As a business that's been passed down generations for well over a century, we're no strangers to projects that require a lot of time and patience. We're always on the lookout for new and exciting things to experiment with, be it an unusual finish, or creating a brand-new blend that hasn't been tried yet.
We're honoured to be able to participate in the modern resurgence of Irish Whiskey. Working with distillers and bonders from all corners of Ireland, we learn something new every time โ with a bit of help from friends we make along the way.
