This Fercullen Single Malt is born of Powerscourt, an estate and distillery of extraordinary spirit. Locally sourced barley has been expertly distilled with pure water from the estate to produce this triple-distilled single malt Irish whiskey.

Bottled at 46% ABV, this whiskey has distinct notes of green fruit, both orchard and exotic. Layered with a profile of malt biscuit and a creaminess from its cask ageing on-site at the Powerscourt Estate.

In Issue 3 of 3 of Fercullen's The Estate Series, the makers conclude the journey of exploration with this new limited-edition blended whiskey.

The trumpeting welcome of the Powerscourt Estate's Chorus Gate is a fitting finale to this Estate Series trilogy, heralding a Fercullen Single Malt marriage of Bourbon- and Amarone-matured whiskeys, some of the first whiskey distilled in Wicklow in over a century. This release has been inspired by the craftsmanship of the many enchanting gateways of the world-renowned Powerscourt Gardens.

The aroma carries an abundance of summer sweetness, with a creamy mouthfeel and flavours of ripe summer fruits. The finish is delightfully luscious with hints of oak spices.

Teeling's aged single grain epitomises their focus on driving the evolution of Irish whiskey and being a pioneer in celebrating Irish single grain.

Following the previous successful release in the series (then exploring the influence of Bordeaux red wine casks), this limited edition 15-year-old was matured initially in ex-bourbon casks before being given extra maturation for a further twelve months in ex-Sauvignon Blanc casks. Proudly bottled at 50% ABV with no chill filtration, ensuring all the true character of the whiskey is retained.

The Teeling Blackpitts is a non-chill filtered, peated single malt from the Teeling Whiskey Distillery Co. Aged in a combination of ex-bouron and sauternes wine casks, the Teeling Blackpitts has strong smoky bourbon notes, perfectly complimented by deep fruit flavours

The fifth incarnation (released in 2018) in the hugely popular Revival series, created by Teeling to celebrate the reopening of their distillery. It contains 12-year-old single malt whiskey, finished in both cognac and brandy casks. The initial maturation was in ex-Bourbon barrels and the whiskey has been bottled at 46% without chill filtration.

There are only 15,000 bottles of this release in existence.

The Teeling Single Grain is a small batch release from the Teeling Whiskey Company that has been matured in Californian red wine casks. The result is a sweet and fruity whiskey with flavours of vanilla and honey.

The latest addition to the Teeling Trinity whiskey range, the Teeling Single malt is made from 100% malted barley, from a range of ages that date back as far as 1991 and have been matured in different barrels including Port, Madeira, Sherry, Burgundy and Cabernet Sauvignon. Like all Teeling Whiskeys, this Single Malt is bottled at 46% with no chill filtration, allowing for all the natural flavours of the whiskey to be retained.

After 50 long years, Dublin's finally getting a single pot still whiskey to call its own, making this release an important part of Irish Whiskey history as a whole. Produced from a recipe of 50% un-malted barley and 50% malted barley, distilled in Teeling's very own distillery right here in Dublin, and aged fully for over 3 years in a range of virgin oak, ex-bourbon and ex wine casks.

The second edition of Teeling Wonders of Wood Series is fully matured in Virgin Portuguese Oak casks.

Portuguese oak is native to the Iberian Peninsula and has a higher tannin content than other oak variants normally used in the whiskey industry. When used for maturation it produces a distinct savoury marmalade flavour with warming hints of tobacco and pepper unique to Irish Whiskey. 

This expression is bottled at 50% ABV.

Two Stacks present The Blender’s Cut Apricot Brandy Cask. 

A first for Irish Whiskey, Two Stacks’ original complex blend of single pot still, double and peated malt, light and dark grain whiskey, is aged for 59 days in Apricot Brandy casks. The whiskey is non-chill-filtered with no added colouring before being hand-bottled.

Two Stacks Single Malt Double Barrel is a fruity, nutty delicate Irish single malt whiskey from Two Stacks. It is crafted by the vatting of 3 styles of single malt, 10% peated malt, 50% triple distilled malt, and 40% double distilled malt. The spirit is matured in both ex-bourbon and ex-oloroso sherry casks. The palate offers notes of deep oak spice, wild brambles, sweet blackcurrants, hazelnuts, and toasted walnuts that linger in the finish.

The Irishman 12 Year Old Single Malt is a timeless Irish Malt which is matured in first fill, flame charred Bourbon barrels.
