A special limited edition that's a product of yet another collaboration between JJ Corry and ourselves. Carefully chosen from JJ Corry's library of flavours, this single cask single malt Irish whiskey has been aged in an ex-Bourbon cask from Kentucky for just over two decades and finished in a Fino sherry cask from Jerez, Spain, for the last 11 months of its maturation.

Tasting notes:
Nose: Baked Apple and Cinnamon Strudel with Vanilla Custard, with hints of Orange Blossom Citrus, and Old Honey Leather.

Palate: Baked Orchard Fruits, Apricots and Maraschino Cherries shine through, with Fresh Pastry, Warm Spice and Overripe Figs balancing out the palate.

Finish: Long and Satisfying, Toasted Almonds, Negroni Dryness, with hints of Ripe Citrus and Oaky Tannins.
