Pearse Distiller’s Choice is a seven-year-old blended Irish whiskey combining malt and grain, including single malt made on Pearse Lyons’ own stills. Rounded and fruit-led, it balances fresh citrus with richer orchard-fruit sweetness and gentle spice.

Bourbon, sherry and bourbon-ale casks contribute different layers to the blend, bringing together familiar whiskey sweetness and a subtle beer-cask influence.

Caramelised pear, cocoa and a custard-like finish give it an inviting, dessert-tinged character. It suits drinkers who enjoy an approachable Irish blend with fruit, soft oak and a little extra depth.

Tasting notes:
Nose: Fresh citrus notes with subtle spices and dried fruits giving a light fruit cake finish.

Palate: Smooth, warm, light oak flavour with hints of green grape evolving to caramelised pear.

Finish: A hint of cocoa and dried fruits while finishing with notes of stewed apple, clove and custard.
