Pearse Original is a five-year-old blend of malt and grain Irish whiskeys with a light, citrus-led character. Gentle sweetness, creamy vanilla and a trace of smoke give it an approachable style, while fresh mint and soft spice add interest.

The blend includes malt whiskey made on Pearse Lyons’ own stills. Bourbon and stout cask influences bring complementary layers, balancing sweetness with a lightly roasted edge.

Easy to explore neat and versatile in mixed drinks, it suits drinkers who enjoy a lighter Irish whiskey with clear malt character. Its fresh profile works particularly well in a highball or a simple serve with tonic and lime.
