Grapes sourced from an 8-year-old vineyard. Fermentation occurs in French and Hungarian barrels for 30 days. Aged on lees for 6 months. Traditional ageing and racking in French oak barrels for 12 months. Matured in bottle at the cellar for 12 months before release.

Nose: Rich, intense, complex, and full of nuances. Tea and honey, with a subtle smokiness. Hints of oak from the barrel ageing process integrate with citric and stone fruit aromas.
Palate: The attack is firm and fresh, with good weight of fruit.
Finish: Long, persistent finish, with an elegant hint of minerality.
