Croithlí Quercus Robur is a double distilled Irish single malt finished in virgin European oak from Slavonia in Croatia. Part of the Coillín Darach Oak Series, it explores the influence of this oak species through a rich combination of fruit, spice and wood.
Redcurrant and winter spices introduce a bold, structured character, followed by a dry finish with dark chocolate and wood smoke. It’s a distinctive choice for drinkers who enjoy expressive oak influence, with fruit providing balance to the whiskey’s firmer, spicier side.
