Teeling Wonders Of Wood Single Pot Still Virgin Carpathian Oak

70cl | 50% ABV

€85.00

The fourth edition of Teeling’s Wonders of Wood series is a Single Pot Still whiskey made from 50% malted and 50% unmalted barley, triple distilled and matured in rare virgin Carpathian oak barrels.

Bottled at 50% ABV with no chill filtration, it showcases the character of this unusual oak beautifully. Each release also supports the planting of native Irish trees through Teeling’s partnership with the Tree Council of Ireland.

Why it’s perfect for spring:

The floral rosewater and fresh orchard fruits evoke the first blossoms of the season, while its gentle spice and soft smoke feel like the lingering warmth of a small fire as the evening air cools.

Framed In Grain Vol. 2: "Nothing To Say Here" Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey

70cl | 59.1% ABV

€99.00

The second release in the Framed in Grain series pairs Irish whiskey with contemporary Irish art, featuring a striking piece by artist Joseph Gervin. This whiskey comes from a single Calvados cask, where it spent the final 18 months of maturation before being bottled at natural strength.

With only 320 bottles produced and each presented in a bespoke box featuring the artwork, it is both a collectible piece and a remarkable whiskey.

Why it’s perfect for spring:

The Calvados cask lends bright apple and delicate fruit notes reminiscent of orchard trees coming back to life, giving the whiskey a vibrant freshness that mirrors the natural energy of the spring season.

Ardara Single Malt

70cl | 46% ABV

€90.00

A revival of Donegal’s historic distilling tradition, Ardara Single Malt is made using heavily peated malted barley and a rare “all grain in” distillation process. Matured in American bourbon and virgin oak casks, it delivers a distinctive balance of sweetness and smoke.

Expect sweet cereal and biscuit with poached figs, coconut, raisins and pipe tobacco on the nose. The palate reveals warm pastry, roasted coconut and almond before waves of campfire smoke give way to a soft baked apple finish.

Why it’s perfect for spring:

Baked apple sweetness and rolling peat smoke call to mind coastal fires and the wild Atlantic air of Donegal – a dram that feels perfectly at home as the landscape wakes after winter.

Roaming Road 6 Year Old Wheated Kentucky Bourbon

70cl | 55.8% ABV

€89.99

Roaming Road’s Single Barrel 6-Year Aged Kentucky Wheated Bourbon begins its journey in the heart of Kentucky, where it is aged in new American oak barrels to develop its deep and rich character. It then travels across the Atlantic to Ireland, where it is finished in Irish whiskey casks, adding a unique layer of complexity and a subtle Irish influence.

The result is a distinctive bourbon that balances bold depth with refined smoothness. Enjoy the rich caramel and oak with a gentle sweetness, complemented by soft malt and a touch of vanilla from its Irish whiskey cask finish.

Why it’s perfect for spring:

The meeting of warm Kentucky bourbon and a delicate Irish finish brings a lively sweetness and soft malt character – a whiskey that feels right at home in the gentle warmth and fresh energy of the season.

Winter has a way of slowing everything down. The days are short, the air is sharp, and evenings become something to be claimed rather than rushed through.

Our Winter Warmers selection is about those moments – with the fire lit, coats hung up, conversations stretching a little longer than planned. It’s about whiskeys that don’t just taste warming, but feel warming. Peat plays the lead role here: smoky, earthy, sometimes coastal, sometimes sweet – always comforting.
