General Information

This website is managed from our store, James J. Fox, in 119 Grafton Street, Dublin, Ireland. All orders received over the web are processed, fulfilled and dispatched from our store or our other facilities.

The stock items shown on this website are linked to our retail system stock to help ensure you can only order items that are readily available – there is no unannounced product substitution on our orders. If a product is out of stock, it will show as such and then be removed from sale through the website or marked accordingly. Please note there is a short time lag in updating stock, and therefore it is possible that a product is out of stock but is also shown as available for sale for a short period until the stock levels synchronise. In case that what you order is not in stock at the time, we will notify you swiftly and suggest possible solutions.

Orders placed Monday to Friday before midday will generally be processed and dispatched on the same day. Any orders placed after 12pm or on weekends/holidays will be processed and dispatched on the following working day.
