Aged to Perfection

With 25 years of ageing in a combination of chestnut and 225-litre American oak barrels, Tres Mil Botellas is richer and deeper than Diez Mil. Its name reflects its extremely limited production — only 3,000 bottles are produced annually.

Production:
After an initial 12 years in chestnut (like Diez Mil), the brandy undergoes a further 13 years in smaller oak barrels, developing complexity, structure, and a rich bouquet of flavours.

🌡️ Temperature: Recommended temperature to enjoy: room temperature, below 25ºC.
🍷 Glass: Open glass, but always in moderate quantity.
🛢️ Aging Potential: Under optimal conditions it can be stored over a lifetime.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: In the olfactory phase, the initial alcoholic intensity of its 40º is shown, after a few seconds of oxygenation, gently balanced with notes of raisin, as well as with hints of noble woods, woodwork and background of old Solera. Perfumed without tiring on the nose and pleasantly appetising.

Palate: In mouth it is round, pleasant, deeply velvety and with a subtle sweetness reminiscent of both the raw material and the barrels in which it has aged. The retro-nasal phase is one of absolute fullness, with a very prolonged aftertaste intensity. It
reports a longlasting and absolutely unforgettable sensory perception.
