Production:
Aged for 25 years and bottled at 48.52% ABV, this brandy highlights the deepest, most structured barrels in the solera, chosen for their ability to stand up to robust tobacco profiles.
🌡️ Temperature: Recommended temperature to enjoy: room temperature, below 25ºC.
🍷 Glass: Fine glass balloon cup, in moderate quantities.
🛢️ Aging Potential: Under optimal conditions it can be stored over a lifetime.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: In the olfactory phase, moderate aromatic intensity, raisins and dried plums. Alcoholic perception is initially high and gradually balanced with the progressive oxygenation of the glass. Remarkable alcohol content. Present and long-lasting wood, yet elegantly enveloping.
Palate: In mouth it is specific for the cigars that it complements and with very marked wooden features without losing its balance. The P.X. notes don't stand out over the distillate. The retro-nasal phase is intense and very long, with a persistent aftertaste. It has a natural tendency to Oak with hints of vanilla that make it indispensable for the smoke of the last third.
