No longer merely comprising a single batch of a single vintage, Cuvée Luna – like all Waterford's Cuvée Concepts – is the product of multiple distinct distillations and vintages, individually matured before being layered, mille-feuille-style, by Head Distiller Ned Gahan for ultimate complexity.

Biodynamic spirit – that which we glean through the most esoteric form of agriculture, an uber-organic approach adopted by the world’s most revered vineyards and wineries – is responsible for this most intense and naturally flavoursome single malt of all.

Nose: Green apple, hay, malted biscuits, white pepper, peaches, barnyard, cherry tomatoes, dry soil, light herbal tea, breadcrust, birch
