One of the newer (2018) additions to the Irish whiskey scene, The Sexton is made in Co. Antrim, using 100% malted barley, triple distilled in copper pot stills and aged in former Oloroso Sherry casks. Fairly smooth and light, with clear fruity and toasted oak notes.

Tasting notes:
Nose: Nuts, Dark Chocolate, Dried Fruits and All Spice.

Palate: Mellowed Honeyed Malt

Finish: Gentle Wood Finish, with Dried Fruits.
