The Dubliner Old Fashioned Beer Cask Edition brings a cocktail-inspired twist to blended Irish whiskey. Created with Rascals Brewing Company, it combines bourbon-cask maturation with a finish in barrels that held a specially brewed blonde ale.

The beer was brewed with star anise and orange peel, giving the cask collaboration its Old Fashioned inspiration. Bright citrus and warming spice define the resulting whiskey, with an orange-sorbet character adding a playful touch.

This limited release offers something distinctive for whiskey and craft-beer drinkers alike, whether enjoyed neat or used to build an Old Fashioned.
