The Haven is a Single Pot Still Irish whiskey, made with a mash bill of malted and and unmalted barley and oats. Aged in ex bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks, The Haven takes it's name from The Sailor's Home, built in Limerick in 1856 to provide a sanctuary to seafarers on their journeys.
