This Single Malt is triple distilled, bourbon cask matured, and finished in hand-selected Cognac casks that have been exposed to the sea air before finally crafting with Lambay Island Trinity Well water. With more focus on oak and a 2nd-fill cognac cask finish, notes of Pepper, Rosemary, Honeysuckle and Tobacco create a rich mouthfeel with a long lingering herbal finish.
