A new rendition of the hugely successful single pot still release from Drumshanbo. Matured in Pinot Noir casks that previously aged delectable Pinot Noir from the Burgundy region of France.
Tasting notes:
Nose: Rich notes of vanilla & toffee give way to discreet of summer apple and candied fruits.
Palate: A mature flavour of roasted caramel, with a flourish of French oak, and subtle hints of dry banana, balanced impeccably with a pronounced undertone of decadent pinot noir.
Finish: A full-bodied creaminess that descends with dried vanilla and fruit. A delicate warmth that lingers gently on the palate.
