The Conncullin Gin is the first ever gin to be released from the newly established Connacht Whiskey Company. Produced by the award-winning gin maker, Rober Castell, Concullin Gin was named after merging the names of two County Mayo lakes, Louch Conn and Louch Cullin, which provide the water used in the distillery. The Conncullin Gin contains a variety of Irish botanicals that include hawthorn berry and elderberry flower, which give it strong notes of juniper and hints of berries on the nose.
