Clan Colla 11 Year Old is a blend of Irish malt and grain whiskeys from Ahascragh Distillers’ Family Bond Series. It combines honeyed sweetness and salted citrus with an earthy, toasted-oak character, finishing with a restrained wisp of peat smoke.
Its balance of sweetness, sherry influence and gentle smokiness gives it a distinctive place among aged Irish blends. It suits drinkers who enjoy a rounded whiskey with a little smoky depth, whether sipped neat or used in a spirit-led cocktail.
Tasting notes:
Nose: An earthy aroma with hints of toasted oak.
Palate: A rich honey sweetness combined with salted citrus and sherry notes.
Finish: Deep and rounded finish with a wisp of peat smoke.
