Bushmills 16 Year Old is a triple-distilled Irish single malt with a rich, fruit-led character. A final maturation in port wine casks builds on its bourbon and Oloroso sherry foundations, bringing depth to the distillery’s rounded malt whiskey style.

Caramelised fruit, toasted nuts and sweet spice give it a generous flavour profile, followed by jam-like berries and milk chocolate. Full-bodied yet approachable, it suits drinkers who enjoy the combination of wine-cask richness and dessert-like sweetness, particularly as a slow after-dinner pour.

Tasting notes:
