Born from a visionary partnership that began in 2017, this exceptional expression brings together meticulously selected Midleton single grain and single pot still whiskeys, originally matured in American bourbon barrels from the 1980s through the 2000s. These precious vintages were then given an extraordinary three-year finishing period in ultra-fine T5 oak casks from the legendary Forêt de Tronçais in France — oak revered for its delicate grain and subtle aromatics.

On the nose, perfumed oak and orchard fruits intertwine — poached pears, caramelised apples, and orange zest, enriched by notes of honeycomb, toasted hazelnut, and roasted coffee bean. The palate reveals an exquisite balance of fresh herbs, peppermint, and sage, woven through chocolate-dipped honeycomb, vanilla, and gentle oak spice. The texture is silken and luxurious, showcasing Midleton’s signature pot still character elevated by French oak finesse.
