Selected exclusively for James J. Fox’s 145th anniversary, this 25-year-old Irish single malt brings together mature whiskey and an extended Palo Cortado sherry cask finish. It is a rich, full-bodied expression, bottled at natural cask strength.

Chocolate and stewed stone fruit sit alongside sweet tobacco, leather and warming spice. The combination offers depth and a savoury edge for drinkers who enjoy mature, sherry-influenced whiskey.

Personally selected by James J. Fox Managing Director Yiorgos Manesis and our team, this release marks our third single-cask collaboration with Dunville’s.
