The Glendalough Wild Botanical Gin is a new release from the Glendalough Distillery that combines the best of Autumn, Winter, Spring and Summer of the Wicklow Mountains, the "Garden of Ireland". To craft this gin, local forager Geraldine Cavanagh forages what grows wild in Glendalough throughout the year, which is then distilled on the same day. The result is a beautifully balanced and layered Gin.
