Dunville’s 12 Year Old PX Cask is a single malt Irish whiskey that balances fresh fruit with the sweetness of a Pedro Ximénez sherry cask finish. Orchard and tropical fruits lead the way, with dried fruit, vanilla and gentle spice adding depth.

Green apple, candied orange and banana cake meet raisins, figs and spiced vanilla custard. The texture is rich and juicy, while measured oak gives structure to the sweeter flavours.
