Bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill filtered, and natural in colour, this whiskey embodies purity and depth in every sip. On the nose, it reveals caramelised apple, demerara sugar, sweet citrus, and elderflower, balanced by soft notes of Jaffa cake and marmalade. The palate unfolds with mandarin, orchard fruits, and dates in dulce de leche, followed by honey-drizzled black cherries, warm oak, and sweet custard.
The finish is long and satisfying, combining dry sherry, browned sugar, and gentle spice, leaving a smooth, elegant warmth that lingers beautifully.
