Boann Single Pot Still Marsala Cask pairs Irish pot still whiskey with a distinctly Sicilian wine influence. Made from locally grown malted barley, unmalted barley, oats and rye, it combines bourbon-cask maturation with a finish in French oak Marsala wine butts.
Orange marmalade, honey and warming spice shape its character, with peppermint bringing freshness to a rich, viscous palate. A lingering cinnamon-and-clove finish makes this an appealing expression for drinkers who enjoy citrus-led whiskey with generous texture and a pronounced spice character.
