Highland Park 12 Year Old Viking Honour brings together heather honey, rich fruitcake and aromatic peat smoke in a rounded Orkney single malt. Seville orange adds brightness, while warming spice gives the sweetness a savoury edge.

Its appeal lies in that balance: fruity and honeyed, with enough smoke to give it character without overwhelming the other flavours. It is an inviting introduction to Highland Park’s style, and a good choice for drinkers who enjoy sherry-influenced whisky with a gently smoky side.
