Boann Legacy is a single pot still Irish whiskey made with malted and unmalted barley, oats and rye. A marriage of seven cask types gives this approachable expression a layered character, combining toffee apple and orchard fruit with honey, caramel and gentle pot still spice.

Tasting notes:
Nose: Toffee apple and ripe orchard fruit meet warm sherry aromas. A suggestion of cola sweets adds another layer of sweetness.

Palate: Honey and caramel give a rounded opening, with light floral notes and fresh citrus providing lift. Candied ginger and pot still spice develop towards the back of the palate.

Finish: Medium in length, with lingering sweetness, gentle warmth and a final touch of pepper.
