A brand new series from West Cork, the Glengarriff series! This is one of two whiskeys in the range so far. The Bog Oak Cask has been matured in an ex-Sherry Butt and then finished in heavily charred virgin white oak casks. The charring was fuelled by bog oak from Glengarriff.

Tasting notes:
Nose: Spice, Dried Leather with a Sweet, Dried Fruit undertone.

Palate: Intense Spice, Malt and Cracked Pepper.
