Knappogue Castle 14 Year Old Twin Wood is a rich, fruit-led Irish single malt that brings together bourbon- and Oloroso sherry-cask maturation. Apple, apricot and vanilla sit alongside nutty flavours, giving it a rounded character with a gently drying finish.
