DWD Irish Whiskey is a blend of malt and grain whiskeys with a rounded, gently sweet character. Caramel, honey and vanilla lead into creamy chocolate, ripe fruit and toasted nuts, making it an approachable introduction to Irish whiskey.

The blend combines whiskeys from three Irish distilleries, bringing together both double and triple distillation. Predominantly first-fill bourbon cask maturation provides a sweet oak foundation, while pear, citrus and soft liquorice add variety.

Equally suited to sipping or a simple mixed drink, DWD offers a generous, dessert-like flavour profile with a smooth close.

Tasting notes:
Nose: Chewy Caramel, Brioche dipped in Honey, with Vanilla and Raisins.

Palate: White Chocolate, Caffè latte, Crème Brûlée, Doyenne Pear, Soft Liquorice and Marzipan.
