Matured in first-fill Bourbon casks, before a long finish in Widow Jane Bourbon casks.

Distilled, matured and bottled at Dingle Distillery.

Tasting notes:
Nose: Ripe red berries, warm salted caramel tart, lemon sherbet and creamy butter fudge.

Palate: Barley sugar with a pinch of spice, Bakewell tart, hints of dark chocolate laced with raspberries and creamy butter toffee.

Finish: Ginger and spice create a warm glow which dissipates, leaving dark fruits and caramel notes.
