This triple-distilled single malt Irish whiskey spent its entire life maturing in the finest Spanish Sherry Butts from the famed Bodegas of Jerez de la Frontera. This rich and fruity single malt whiskey is non-chill filtered to lock in all the beautiful natural flavours from the malted barley and the sherry butts.
Tasting notes:
Nose: Stewed dark fruits, leather, chocolate and tobacco on the fore with citrus peel and caramel undertones.
Palate: Oily mouthfeel with leather, spices, dried figs and sultanas, coupled with bitter chocolate and dry citrus peel.
Finish: A long, lingering, dry mouthfeel with dried fruits and maltiness remaining.
