Plot 101 is a piece of land in the Rimapere vineyard, which is exceptionally preserved and benefits from a terroir of rare intensity. Handpicked, then delicately pressed and aged on lees.
Tasting notes:
Nose: Aromas of fragrant white flowers, passionfruit, grapefruit, and blackcurrant.

Palate: Fine mouthfeel with citrus flavours, tropical fruits, gooseberry, and fresh herbs. Well-balanced with crisp acidity.

Finish: Long, with plenty of minerality.
