Fox Dorisco is a distinctive traditional mixture built around coarse-cut Virginias, Perique and a measured addition of Latakia. The Virginias form a naturally sweet and substantial foundation, while Perique contributes the blend’s characteristic peppery spice and darker depth. A touch of Latakia completes the mixture with smoky, earthy richness.
Full-bodied and entirely tobacco-led, Dorisco occupies an intriguing position between a Virginia/Perique blend and a traditional English mixture. The Latakia remains a supporting presence rather than dominating the bowl, allowing the spicy Perique and mature Virginia character to remain central.
The result is a rich, complex and satisfyingly robust mixture.
