This remarkable release has been meticulously crafted for a unique whiskey experience.

Each bottle originates from Cask No. HS-003, a hand-selected cask made from the finest American oak, specially kiln-dried, and expertly flame-charred to unlock the wood’s natural essence and the charcoal’s distinctive attributes. It was then carefully filled with premium Barbados Rum, infusing it with a rich Caribbean character.

Next, this exceptional cask embarked on a journey to the renowned Stauning Distillery in Denmark. Here, it was filled with their signature Rye new-make whisky, produced in traditional open-fired Pot Stills using a blend of locally sourced floor-malted Barley and Rye. The result is a harmonious fusion of Danish craftsmanship and Caribbean influence.

After nurturing the Rye Whisky to perfection, the cask was disgorged in 2021 and transported to the Great Northern Distillery. On May 23, 2022, it was filled with the highly sought-after 2018 Single Pot Still Whiskey. This whiskey had been patiently maturing in ex-Bourbon American Oak Casks since May 20, 2022, developing complex flavours and aromas that are sure to delight your senses.
