Legendary Silkie is a soft, fruit-led Irish blend with fresh apple, honeyed sweetness and a gentle hint of peat. Orange zest, biscuit and warming ginger give it an inviting character, with smoke adding a subtle background note.

Double- and triple-distilled malts are blended with grain whiskey to create a supple texture and rounded flavour. Its balance of orchard fruit, malt and sweetness makes it equally suited to sipping or mixing.

The original expression from Sliabh Liag Distillers, it offers an approachable introduction to the Silkie range and its gently smoky style.
