Dublin Liberties Oak Devil is a 5-year-old Irish single malt with an inviting combination of apple, caramel and gentle spice. Bourbon-cask maturation shapes a sweet, fruit-led profile, moving from baked apple and brown sugar to toffee apple and cider.

Nutmeg and cinnamon bring warmth to the finish, balancing the lingering sweetness. Its familiar orchard-fruit and caramel flavours make it an approachable introduction to Irish single malt, with enough character to enjoy neat and the versatility to serve over ice or in a simple whiskey cocktail.
