Exceptional Harvest (2023)
75cl / 12.5% ABV
Semi-sweet white PX, made from grapes left on the vine 21 days post-harvest. Balanced natural sugar and acidity aged on lees in American oak.
Tasting: Figs, raisins, pastries. Smooth texture with a long finish.
Cellaring potential: 25+ years

PX Cosecha Delicado (2024)
50cl / 12.5% ABV
The pure, fresh essence of Pedro Ximénez grapes before they fully raisin. Grapes are hand-picked and gently sun-dried, then fermented in French oak with an airtight closure to preserve vibrant fruit notes while achieving a natural sweetness.
Tasting: Silky and balanced with refreshing acidity, bright fruit, and a clean, long finish.

Fermentación Lenta (2023)
75cl / 14% ABV
Aged white wine made from overripe PX grapes, fermented slowly in French oak over six months to achieve a completely dry profile – a technical feat for this typically sweet variety.
Tasting: Full-bodied, dry, creamy with hints of raisin, dried plum, and French oak.

A rare oxidative-style PX aged in a solera that began in 1964. It shows traits of Oloroso and Palo Cortado while retaining PX elegance.

PX Muy Viejo Solera 1918
75cl / 15% ABV
The house’s crown jewel. Aged in the family Solera that began with musts of 1918 and annual aging control from 1919. Aged for over 15 years in American oak. Considered a “cult wine” with only select barrels being released annually, after they're sampled to confirm they are ready.
Tasting: Raisins, roasted coffee, dark chocolate, subtle volatility.

Battonage 2018 Brandy
70cl / 40% ABV
A younger PX brandy designed to emphasise fruit purity over heavy oak influence. Battonage refers to the process of stirring the wine’s lees (natural yeast sediment) during ageing to add body, texture, and complexity.
Tasting: Fresh plum and green apple lead on the nose, followed by floral hints and a gentle touch of French oak. The palate is light and silky, with a clean, lingering finish.
Character: Elegant and approachable, perfect for those who appreciate smooth, aromatic spirits.

Diez Mil Botellas Brandy
70cl / 40% ABV
A tribute to pre-war Jerez brandy, aged for 12 years in 750-litre chestnut barrels.
Tasting: Aromas of raisins, caramel, and dried figs with a touch of oxidative nuttiness. The palate is smooth, rounded, and raisin-forward, with a delicate sweetness and long finish.
Character: A refined, historical style with only 10,000 bottles released each year.

Tres Mil Botellas Brandy
70cl / 40% ABV
Aged for 25 years, this is a deeper, more complex brandy compared to Diez Mil.
Tasting: Rich notes of vanilla, toasted oak, and dark dried fruits. The palate is velvety, with layers of caramel, nutmeg, and warming spice.
Character: A collector-grade PX brandy, with just 3,000 bottles produced annually.

Cigars Club Nº1 Brandy

Cigars Club Nº3 Brandy

The boldest expression, built for full-bodied, intense cigars.
Tasting: Deep aromas of oak resin, dark chocolate, and dried figs. On the palate, it’s rich and powerful, with lingering flavours of vanilla, clove, and spice.
Character: Bottled at 48.52% ABV, it’s the most intense and structured of the trilogy.
