West Cork Maritime Single Malt Sherry Cask is a triple-distilled Irish whiskey with dried-fruit aromas, vanilla and a sweet opening that gives way to dry spice. Matured in first-fill bourbon casks before a sherry-cask finish, it offers a fruit-led style in a distinctive spherical bottle inspired by traditional glass fishing floats.
Tasting notes:
Nose: Dried prunes, fig, sherry and vanilla notes
Palate: Sweet at the beginning but then finishes dry with some spiciness present
