West Cork Maritime Port Cask is a triple-distilled Irish single malt from Skibbereen. Its sweet, dried-fruit character is complemented by vanilla, toffee and warming spice, with a Port-cask finish following initial bourbon maturation.
Tasting notes:
Nose: Dried fruit with spice notes of nutmeg and black pepper. Vanilla and toffee also present.
Palate: The port cask finish is the sweetest of the offerings, with the aroma of dried fruit pulling through.
