Tyrconnell 10 Year Old Sherry Finish is a double-distilled Irish single malt from Cooley Distillery. Bourbon-cask maturation is followed by an Oloroso sherry-cask finish, giving the whiskey a rounded, dessert-like character.

Honey, citrus and roasted nuts sit alongside creamy sherry sweetness, while oak and gentle spice provide balance. Hints of caramelised apple tart and custard add to its appeal as an after-dinner pour.

Tasting notes:
Nose: Strong on Sherry, Very Grape-like, with Notes of Juicy Raisins, Golden Berries.

Palate: Thick Fino Sherry, Caramel Toffee, Exotic Spices, Warm and Earthy Flavours.
