Sailor’s Home The Journey brings together Irish malt and grain whiskeys in a sweet, rounded blend with a distinctly tropical character. Butterscotch and toasted oak lead into sticky toffee, ripe banana and vanilla, with malty depth beneath the rum-influenced sweetness.

Its character comes from two complementary maturation paths, combining virgin American oak and bourbon barrels with Jamaican rum cask finishing. Each component brings something different to the final blend, balancing oak, malt and fruit.

Approachable and flavourful, The Journey suits drinkers who enjoy toffee-rich whiskeys, tropical fruit notes and a mellow style for sipping or mixing.
