Redbreast Lustau Edition is a single pot still Irish whiskey with a pronounced sherry character and a silky, spice-led palate. Created through a collaboration between Midleton Distillery and Bodegas Lustau, it brings dark-fruit richness to the familiar Redbreast style.

Prunes, dates and figs meet marzipan, liquorice and toasted oak, with warming spice balancing the sweetness. Its rounded texture carries the flavours into a long finish shaped by Oloroso sherry and Spanish oak.

The additional year in Lustau sherry casks makes this an inviting choice for drinkers who enjoy richly sherried whiskey with a clear pot still character.

Tasting notes:
Nose: Dark Fruits, Prunes, Dates, Figs and Marzipan.

Palate: Rich Sherry influence and Pot Still Spice, Toasted Oak and Sherry-Soaked Fruits.
