Redbreast 12 Year Old Cask Strength presents the range’s signature single pot still character with greater concentration and intensity. Made at Midleton Distillery from malted and unmalted barley, it combines rich fruit, warming spice and toasted wood with a silky palate.

Bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks give it a layered character, balancing the pot still spirit with Redbreast’s distinctive sherry influence. The flavours carry through into a long, lingering finish.

It suits drinkers who enjoy a substantial sipping whiskey and the freedom to explore how its character changes with gradual additions of water.

Tasting notes:
Nose: Exotic Fruits, Subtle Citrus, Dried Apricots and Sultanas.

Palate: Rich, well rounded and Spicy. Luscious Fruit and Vanilla, with a touch of Oak.
