Midleton Barry Crockett Legacy offers an elegant expression of single pot still Irish whiskey, combining a creamy texture with fresh fruit, gentle spice and American oak. Vanilla and toasted wood sit alongside pear, lime and mandarin, giving the whiskey a bright, balanced character.

Made from malted and unmalted barley and triple distilled in copper pot stills, it brings together carefully selected pot still whiskeys with complementary oak influences. Its richness unfolds gradually, leading towards a composed, oak-led finish.

Named in honour of Master Distiller Barry Crockett, it suits drinkers who enjoy layered Irish whiskey with freshness as well as depth.

Tasting notes:
Nose: Vanilla and Toasted Oak, Subtle Lime, Pears and Sweet Pepper.

Palate: Light Pepper with Fresh Citrus and Mandarins. Hints of Cinnamon, Vanilla and Oak to Finish.
