Lightly kissed by smoke from ex-peated quarter casks, this whiskey evokes the sweet, subtle turf of Connemara while delivering the layered complexity that defines Micil. On the nose, juicy apples, candied citrus peel, cinnamon, and nutmeg mingle with soft hints of sweet peat and vanilla toffee. The palate unfolds with candied orange sweets, milk chocolate, roasted coconut, apricot, and pear drop notes, underpinned by gentle smoke and pot still spice.

The finish lingers warmly with barley, floral sweetness, and a soft wisp of peat smoke — a perfect balance of sweetness, spice, and subtle coastal character.

Nose: Juicy apples with candied citrus peels and a hint of sweet peat. It’s lightly spiced with cinnamon, nutmeg and undertones of grapefruit, all balanced by vanilla and toffee sweetness and chocolate.

Palate: Candied citrus peels with soft touches of kiwi, limes, boiled orange sweets with chocolate centres, charred pineapples, tiny hint of apricots, pear drops, pot still spices, clove oils, candle wax, almonds.
