Killowen Peated Rum & Raisin combines Irish single malt with the contrasting sweetness of PX sherry and dark rum casks. Dried fruit, coconut and vanilla sit alongside peat smoke, giving the whiskey a distinctive balance of richness and smokiness.
Distilled at Great Northern Distillery in County Louth, the whiskey is finished at Killowen in the Mourne Mountains. The result brings together raisin and fig depth with tropical notes and an earthy smoky character.
