Jack Ryan's Toomevara Single Malt was aged in Bourbon and finished in Calvados barrels (a collaboration with Chateau du Breuil of Normandy, France).

It's the first of the Generation Trilogy, celebrating six generations of Ryans in whiskey. Toomevara is a small exclusive release of 3,500 numbered bottles signed by Eunan Ryan.

Tasting notes:
Nose: Green Apples, Sour Apple Sweets, Cut Grass, and Orange Peel

Palate: Apple Pie in a Glass; Soft Cinnamon, Rich Applesauce, a Light Zesty Tang, with a Trace of Citrus Peel.
