A super-premium Irish whiskey, finished in rum casks from the tiny tropical Caribbean island of Saint Lucia, The Irishman Caribbean Cask Finish is the combination of St Lucian character and Irish heritage. A unique marriage of Single Malt and Single Pot Still triple-distilled whiskey, crafted from a mash bill made entirely of Irish barley. Initially matured in American oak bourbon barrels before being finished in Chairman’s Reserve rum casks for an additional 6 months. Decadent and tropical. The sweet St Lucian rum delivers a spectacular treat for the senses.
